1 rib roast,seasoned salt,seasoned pepper,
Preheat oven to 500.Using an open roasting pan,place prime rib in pan.sprinkle with seasonings or if desired rub with seasoninf before putting in pan.
when oven has been completely heated ,cook roast 5min per pound.
When meat has cooked the alotted time turn oven off. Leave the meat in the oven to rest at least one hour.It can wait up to 2 hours
IMPORTANT--- DO NOT OPEN OVEN FROM THE TIME YU PUT MEAT IN TILL UNTIL TIME YOUR READY TO SERVE!!!!
