: I'm looking for some easy ways to make boneless pork chops so that they still are juicy.
: Thanks
Here's another one - all in one dish!
Rinse and drain a small can of saurerkraut, and put in a shallow (8"x8"x2") pan.
Brown chops and set aside. Brown about 1/2 cup of diced onions in same pan. Add about 2 Tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and a 1/2 cup of water. Stir to loosen browned bits. Add about 1/2 of this to sauerkraut in pan.
Thinly slice one white and one sweet potato. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in single layer on top of sauerkraut. Place browned pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour rest of pan juices over chops. Cover tightly with foil and bake for @ one hour in 350 oven.
