My cousin has a stoneware-like upright roaster which she roasts chickens on (upright). She got hers in Madrid Spain when she lived there and I have looked all over for one. It was like what pampered chef is made out of. Hers was a double one. I have seen upright ones made of metal but not the stoneware. They cook so much faster on them.
Does anyone know where one can be purchased here in the states.
