I would like to have the reciept for making chicken and dumplings. My grandfather made the best, but, he died without passing that particular reciept along.
I know that chicken wings are required, but, do you boil the chicken first then add the rest of the ingredients. My grandfathers dumplings were the moist kind whenever he made chicken and dumplings, however, sometimes he made his dumplings so that they stayed dry in the water. The dry dumplings were never my favorite, I would prefer the moist dumpling receipt please.
