: For those of you comfortable with restaurant portions I will try to give you quantities this weekend. Unfortunatly, I do not have recipes for everything, but I do know quantities of the ingredients. That is why I was going to try them at home first, to make sure I can duplicate the REAL thing. I will make the cheese fritters Saturday and let you know how they come out!
Hi there,
I too am looking for the cheese fritter recipe. I worked with one of the former magic pan chefs in boston and he told me that you make a basic batter and then mix in a 3 to 1 ratio of shredded monterey jack and bleu cheese. I've tried this at home and it's close.
