When my family went to the Magic Pan in Dallas they served a dinner crepe, stuffed with ham and swiss cheese. It wasn't soft, like a dessert crepe, thin but with a breaded texture, almost like a flauta. They came with a thin gravy poured over them, with a mustard sauce on the side (for dipping). I was dragged there as a child, but now, I really miss those things. Any info would be apprieciated.
