Hi Mark -- You have me confused with someone else. Here are recipes
for more that twenty cannoli. You will need to decide which of them
meets your definition of easy.

I would suggest that you practice elsewhere or purchase the
ingredients and enlist your wife's help in the preparation. She
might be quite interested in the experiment and touched by your
interest in cooking her national cuisine. Surprislng her with the
